Darwin Waterfront – Adina Hotel & Wharf 1

The Darwin Waterfront Precinct is a tourist area in the Northern Territory of Australia in Darwin City located five minutes from Darwins CBD. The precinct hosts restaurants, bars and retail spaces as well as the Adina Vibe Hotel.

Darwin Waterfront Wharf 1 - Engtecs recent involvement with the precinct includes the central chilled water plant upgrade serving the Adina Vibe Hotel, air conditioning upgrades within the commercial tenancies and the air conditioning replacement/upgrade serving the retail spaces of the three buildings on Wharf 1.
